How your order moves from basket to doorstep
Every portrait is checked with you before anything is printed. Here is what to expect at each stage.
Proof
When will I see my proof?
We email your digital proof within [X] days of your order. You can view and approve it from your customer account.
Revisions
What if something needs changing?
You get up to two free revisions. Tell us what to adjust and we will send an updated proof for your approval.
Account
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your customer account lets you approve proofs, check progress and follow your parcel once it has been posted.
Photos and delivery
Photo permissions, uploads and UK delivery
Before you upload, please check that you have permission to use the photo. Your photo is used only to create your portrait and is kept in secure storage that auto-deletes after your order is complete. For the best result, send a clear, well-lit image where every face is easy to see. You can upload more than one photo, and the artist will tell you if an extra picture would help. You can add rush delivery at checkout if you need your gift sooner, and we ship within the UK with tracking so you can follow your parcel.
Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay or PayPal. Once you approve your proof, your portrait is printed and posted with a tracking number. If you still have questions, our support team is happy to help through the contact page.
