Your photos, handled with care

Cartoonarise follows UK GDPR. We use your photo only to create your portrait and proof.

You tick a box confirming you have permission to use every photo you upload. We rely on that confirmation to create artwork of the people shown.

Uploaded photos are stored on encrypted servers, visible only to our artists. Photos are deleted automatically once your order is complete. Cookies and tracking are explained in our cookie banner, which you can accept or adjust.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.

Read these terms before you order. Production begins only after you approve your proof.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Your order is confirmed once payment clears. Each portrait is original artwork made for you, and all cartoon styles are original.

Your proof is emailed within the timescale shown at checkout. You receive up to two free revisions. After approval, we print on demand through our print partner and post your order with tracking. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your address.

Because every item is personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
